General Policy

All digital goods and services sold on Market of Gamers (MOG) are classified as digital content. Therefore, transactions are final and non-refundable due to the digital nature of these products.However, we understand that issues can happen, and we’re here to help resolve them fairly.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered exclusively under the following circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery:
    If the Seller fails to deliver the digital goods or services within the promised delivery time, the Buyer may request a refund within 48 hours of the original purchase.
  • Incorrect or Unusable Information:
    If the digital goods or services provided are incorrect, invalid, or unusable, the Buyer must request a refund within 48 hours of receiving such goods or services.
  • Non-Delivery: If the Seller fails to deliver the digital goods or services within the promised timeframe, the Buyer may request a refund within 48 hours of the purchase.
  • Cancellation Before Delivery: If the Buyer wishes to cancel an order before the Seller has started processing or delivering the service, they may request cancellation via our Live Support or the order page. Approval is subject to confirmation that the Seller has not yet initiated delivery.

Requesting Refunds

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact the Seller directly via MOG’s Live Chat to resolve the issue.
  2. If the Seller is unresponsive or unwilling to resolve, raise a dispute through the order page or contact our 24/7 Live Support team.
  3. Our support team will then thoroughly investigate your claim.

Refund Processing

  • Refund requests will be reviewed by our dedicated support team.
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days from the approval date.
  • Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method, minus any applicable payment gateway processing fees. These fees are the responsibility of the Buyer.
