Seller Guidelines and Policies – Market of Gamers

Seller Rules for Market of Gamers (MOG)

1. No Selling Stolen or Fraudulent Accounts:

Sellers must only sell accounts that they legally own. Selling stolen, hacked, or illegally obtained accounts is strictly prohibited.

2.   Full Access Requirement:

Sellers must provide full access to the account they are selling. This includes providing email access and any other relevant logins. Selling non-full access or shared accounts is not allowed. This is to protect buyers from the accounts being recovered by the seller or third parties.

3.   7-14 Day MOG-Shield Protection:

Accounts sold on Market of Gamers come with a 7-14 day MOGShield protection period. If the account stops working, gets banned, or is recovered during this period, the sale will be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued to the buyer.

4.   Liability Beyond Protection Period:

After the 7-14 day MOG-Shield protection period ends, sellers can still be held liable if the account is recovered or encounters issues. Market of Gamers will conduct an investigation, and if the seller is found at fault, the seller may need to fulfil the order again or refund the buyer and could be suspended from the platform.

5. High Recovery Rate Penalties:

Sellers with a high rate of account recoveries will be permanently banned from Market of Gamers. Sellers must ensure their orders are secure and properly transferred to avoid this.

6.   Responsibility for Resold Accounts or Other Items:

Sellers are fully responsible for any order they sell, including resold accounts. If issues arise, the seller is liable for providing a replacement or refund.

7.   Disclosure of Limitations:

Sellers must clearly inform buyers of any limitations associated with the order. For example, if in-game purchases can only be made from a specific region, such as an Argentina Steam account, or spending limit of ingame currency this must be disclosed in the product description.

8.   No Post-Sale Interference:

Once an account is sold, the seller must not attempt to log in, recover, or use the account or any related logins unless explicitly requested by the buyer. Unauthorized access to sold accounts is strictly prohibited.

9.   Dispute Resolution:

If a dispute is settled in favor of the buyer, the seller may recover and secure the account if possible. Sellers are encouraged to maintain open communication with buyers even after the MOGShielf protection period to resolve any potential issues.

10.   Instant Delivery Accuracy:

For instant delivery accounts, the seller must provide correct account details as advertised. Frequent provision of incorrect details, even due to simultaneous sales on other platforms, may result in suspension.

11.   Honesty in Product Descriptions:

Sellers must not use misleading product descriptions or titles that may deceive buyers. Claims such as “Lifetime warranty for accounts” or stating that the account is full access when it is not are strictly forbidden.

12.   Respectful Communication:

All communication with buyers must be respectful and professional. Rude or abusive language, especially during disputes, will not be tolerated and can result in penalties or suspension.

14.   Consequences for Violations:

Violations of these rules can lead to blocking of funds, suspension, or a permanent ban from Market of Gamers. In cases of serious breaches, Market of Gamers reserves the right to take legal action and seek compensation.

15. Account Ownership Verification:

Sellers should be prepared to provide proof of ownership if requested by Market of Gamers, especially in cases where disputes arise. This may include receipts or screenshots proving the seller’s initial purchase of the account or item.

16. Inventory Accuracy:

Sellers must ensure that their listings accurately reflect their inventory and availability. Listings for unavailable items or accounts are prohibited, and repeated failure to manage inventory could lead to penalties.

17. Timely Order Fulfilment:

All orders must be fulfilled within the promised time frame. Sellers who fail to meet delivery timelines due to repeated delays may face penalties or temporary suspension.

18. Account Recovery Assistance:

If the buyer encounters issues with account recovery or access post-purchase, sellers must cooperate with the Market of Gamers support team and provide assistance, even after the MOG-Shield protection period, if requested.

19. No Circumvention of Platform Policies:

Sellers must not attempt to engage buyers outside the Market of Gamers platform to complete transactions. Any such attempts will result in immediate suspension or permanent banning.

20. Sellers’ Responsibility in Dispute Resolution:

Sellers are expected to provide reasonable evidence (like screenshots or transaction receipts) in case of a dispute to support their stance. Lack of cooperation in dispute processes may lead to penalties or suspension.

21. No Sharing of Personal Contact Information:

Sellers must not share personal contact details or other means of direct communication outside of the platform’s official channels. This ensures all transactions and communications are documented for safety and dispute resolution purposes.

22. Refund Policies Compliance:

Sellers must comply with Market of Gamers’ refund policies in cases of account issues or misrepresentation. Refusing to honor refund policies may lead to penalties and affect the seller’s reputation on the platform.
